Lead Pastor

Chilles Hutchinson

Executive Pastor

Brenda Hutchinson

Pastor Chilles and his wife Brenda both attended Southwestern Bible College in Oklahoma City. Chilles served as Youth Pastor for 18 years before pioneering Tri City Worship Center in 1999. He is ordained with the Assemblies of God.

Brenda is retired from Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company and oversees the church administrative responsibilities. She is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God and teaches Bible Study on Wednesday evenings. She has a BA in Business from Oklahoma City University.

Leadership Team

Darrell & Medda Williams

Darrell and Medda joined our team after serving in various leadership positions in churches across the country as Darrell relocated for his career in heat and air conditioning. Darrell also leads our Men’s Prayer each Monday.

Worship Leader

Stephanie Praxl

Stephanie’s love for the Lord shows openly as she leads our worship with abandon! Stephanie is a teacher with the Newcastle Public Schools. She is married to Danny and together they have four children.

Children’s Pastors

Kasey & Katie Grubbs

Kasey & Katie conducting exciting Super Church services for our K-7 children and oversee both the Royal Rangers and Girls Ministries! Kasey has worked in Children’s ministry and Royal Rangers his whole life, and Katie has assisted in children ministries their entire marriage. They have both attended the Oklahoma School of Ministries and Kasey holds ministry credentials. Kasey is employed by Arbuckle Plumbing, and Katie is the office manager for Physical Therapy Central. They have four children.

Youth Pastors

Frank & Courtney Prieto

Frank & Courtney have worked as a team for years with the mission to empower and mentor youth to help them step into their God-given potential and identity in Christ. Frank is a credentialed minister working with youth for the past six years and is employed at OCO Sports as a medical assistant/triage–and is a “techie.” Courtney has a background in both children and youth ministry and works for the Blanchard Intermediate School as a Para. They have three children.

Girls Ministry Coordinator

Linda Grubbs

Linda is an ordained minister and oversees our growing Girls Ministry. She is our former Children’s Pastor and continues to oversee church dramas and Kids Camp. Linda taught in private Christian education for 18 years. She designs beautiful cakes and is an avid OU fan!

Women’s Pastor

Debra Miller

Debra is a credentialed minister guiding our Dazzling Diamonds regular “get togethers” and filling them with surprises, bling and fun! She also oversees women’s fellowships and Bible studies and compassionate ministries. Debra works in sales with Aflac Insurance.
